SHIPPING 


AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING 

Free standard shipping on orders over $89 AUD.

For all orders under $89 AUD, a $9 AUD Standard Shipping fee will apply (3-5 business days, & up to 10 business days for remote and regional areas).

Free Express Shipping is offered on all orders over $150 AUD. 
For all orders under $150 AUD, a $15 AUD Express Shipping fee will apply (1-3 business days).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Free Standard Registered Shipping via Australia Post International for orders over $160 AUD.

For all orders under $160 AUD, a $25 AUD Standard International Shipping fee will apply.

Expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days once posted. Some countries may not be included, please contact us. 

Shipping dates are a guideline and we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service.

Taxes/Duties for International Shipments

Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. The Jewelconic is not responsible for these fees.

It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and DHL International, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.

 

PROCESSING & TAXES

Processing Times: 

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed and made immediately, and will ship out within one (1) to two (2) business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders.  


Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; The Jewelconic cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met, especially during peak sale periods. 

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. The Jewelconic is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.

RETURNS

30 DAY FREE RETURNS - AUSTRALIA

We understand it can be daunting shopping online, which is why we have 30 day return policy, we stand by our jewellery and we believe you'll love them as much as well do.

Exchanges or refunds are offered for unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.
 

Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations. 

 

Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange (where possible) or store credit only. Sale items or items purchased through a promotional period cannot be returned for a refund.

 

If your item has been purchased for Christmas, you will be eligible for an extended returns/ exchange policy until the 8th of January.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer, we recommend returning your order with a tracking number so that you are able to monitor your parcel.

The Jewelconic does not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged on return to us. 

The Jewelconic does not refund international tax and duties paid in the event you wish to make a return.

    

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

 

Due to the precious nature of items, packages can sometimes require signature on delivery, so when possible list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.

  

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection.

 

If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your item/s.

Any parcels that are returned to sender, will encounter a $10 AUD fee on the original order to cover the cost for RTS. 

All RTS parcels are emailed to the customer and refunded after 7 days if there has been no communication. 

 

Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.

 

The Jewelconic obtains the right to deny returns in the following cases:

 

Return is requested outside of a 30 day period of item's receipt, item is returned without authorisation, item is not received at the nominated address, item is received without all original packaging, item has been worn, item is damaged or unsellable in any way upon receipt.

 

Should a returned item be rejected for above reasons, you will be contacted via email detailing the reason/s for denial. The original item will be returned with reshipment costs being the responsibility of the customer.
