  • ORDERS AND PREORDERS
    PRE-ORDERS Please email hello@thejewelconic.com.au for any questions relating to pre-orders. Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated timeframe for delivery. Although we will do everything possible to deliver within this time, this is not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated & subject to change without notice. You will be notified via email should there be delays with your order. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to pre-ordering an item. If you have purchased an item that is currently available as well as an item for pre-order, we will not dispatch until all items are ready.   • JEWELLERY WARRANTY
    JEWELLERY WARRANTY The Jewelconic purchases made through our online store come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been assessed and proven by our team to be faulty. Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. The Jewelconic pieces are delicate and should be handled with care as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order. This warranty covers the loss of any set stones from Jewellery, in which case the item will be replaced or repaired. This warranty does not cover loss of jewellery, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty. The Jewelconic is not responsible for the loss of jewellery and cannot deem an item faulty which cannot be assessed. ​ Any repairs requested after the offered 3 month warranty period will require a small repair fee and return postage costs will fall to the responsibility of the customer. ​ Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay account or PayPal account used to complete payment. All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The Jewelconic. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your online order. The Jewelconic may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch. By completing an online order, you are agreeing to purchase the product at the price listed on our website and payment must be made at the time of submitting an online order. CURRENCY Prices for all products listed are in AUD (Australian dollar currency), GST inclusive. Prices are applicable & set at the time of purchase & subject to change thereafter. Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange, so please choose carefully. TAXES & DUTIES All taxes, customs fees & duties are the responsibility of the customer & vary between countries.
  • STORE CREDITS
    STORE CREDIT Store credits are applied to the account registered or email address that was used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to another account. Our store credits are valid for 2 years from date of issue and any remaining balance that remains after the 2 years will not be available for use. Store credits cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash and does not accrue interest. If an order made using a store credit is cancelled or returned, the balance from the store credit will be restored back to a store credit.
  • FAULTS
    FAULTS In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, your item will be replaced or refunded if replacement is not possible. Please email hello@thejewelconic.com.au within 2 days of receiving your item with your order number, a clear image & description of the fault. The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging & unworn. If any of above terms relating to return of faulty item are not adhered, we reserve the right to deny replacement or exchange. The Jewelconic is not at fault if items appear differently on your screen, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.

    PROMOTIONAL CODES The Jewelconic throughout the year runs promotions and special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. Occasionally these discounts can automatically be applied without using a code at checkout. This will be specified. If you are required to enter a promotional code, you must enter the code at checkout in the gift/ discount code section. Once you hit the ‘apply’ button, the value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. If for any reason, the promotional code has not been applied to your order, you may reach out to our customer service team at hello@thejewelconic.com.au, straight after you have placed your order and they will be able to assist you. Please note, it is up to The Jewelconic's discretion to refund you the discounted amount. Only one promotional code may be used per transaction and used only once per customer, unless otherwise specified.
